| Participants: | At least 5, up to 20. |
| Time: | about 60 min. |
| Materials: | Flipcharts Marker pens Notebooks and pens |
| Process: | 1. Organise participants in small groups of 3-4. Assign the task:
2. Do a quick round gathering the responses of participants on a flipchart. 3. Together with the group, try to categorise tasks and find headlines for each, such as media relations, internal communication, etc. 4. Ask the groups to get back together and develop a working definition of communications, based on the structured list of typical tasks. 5. Share definitions in plenary and select the best definition! |
