| Purpose: | To find examples for different conflict types To think of different opportunities and challenges for dealing with the different conflict types |
| Participants: | 4 to 20. |
| Time: | 30 min. |
| Materials: | Notebooks and pens Possibly Flip charts and marker pens |
| Process: | 1. Introduce two categorisations of conflict types (see content here). 2. Organise participants into groups of 4-6. Each group will only work with one categorisation, make sure that the two categorisations are evenly distributed among the groups (of you have 4 groups, 2 will deal with levels and 2 with issues). Assign the task to the groups:
