| Materials: | Flipchart papers Marker pens (several colours, sufficient number) Space in the training venue |
| Process: | 1. Write on prepared flipcharts that have the question "How would you see...? in big letters the terms:
2. Hang the flipcharts on the wall in the room and distribute a marker pen to each of the participants. Ask participants to walk the room and write as many immediate ideas for signals of change for each of the terms. This should take about 10 min. 3. When the plenary is fully assembled, have a look at the flipcharts and pick the one with the most and the one with the fewest ideas. Ask the group:
