| Purpose: | To establish an initial structure/order for the key variable of the conflict system |

| Time: | ca. 45 min. |
| Materials: | White board or flip chart Masking tape Marker pens |
| Process: | 1. Make sure that there is a big white board or wall where you can place several flipcharts next to each other. 2. Organise participants in small groups to discuss how the key variables could be organised on the whiteboard. Give 10-15 min. time. 3. Now organise the key variables together with the group, facilitate discussion among participants and explore different options. |
