| Purpose: | To explore whether the conflict's system structure reveals a specific archetype |

| Time: | 45-60 min. |
| Materials: | White board with system structure (see step 5) Handouts with systems archetypes |
| Process: | 1. After a suffiently long break, ask participants your system structure from an "eagle's eye" perspective in order to explore whether the structure reveals a specific archetype. Distribute handouts that show the most common and relevant archetypes to participants. 2. Discuss ideas and finding of participants in plenary.
