| Purpose: | To identify leverage points in the structure of the conflict system in order to inform peacebuilding/conflict transformation engagement |
| Participants: | 8 to about 20 |
| Time: | 60-90 min. (more if needed) |
| Materials: | White board with system structure (see preceding steps) Post its |
| Process: | 1. Explain the purpose of the session to participants. The session will be structured by three questions:
3. Do the same for the second question. 4. Let participants/organisation look at the system and put a post-it where they think they are already engaged. They can also write the name of other actors on post-its of whom they know that they are engaged with regards to a specific area. Let them reflect this position vis-à-vis the insights from the first two questions. Facilitate with questions:
