How to change the titles of the sites created

Does anyone know how to change the titles of the sites created? Do you find this valuable?

If by "title of the site created" you mean "name of the page", do this:
On the list of tools on top of every page click on "more tools", a drop-down window opens, click on "rename this page", then follow the instructions.
